Claims Information and Forms

Snow-forecast travel insurance really hopes that you do not need to make a claim on your policy, but if the need arises, you are safe in the knowledge that the dedicated claims team will help you through the process from beginning to end.

Please ensure you follow our guidelines to ensure that your claim can be assessed as easily as possible.

  • Ensure your writing is legible. The best way to do this is in black pen, using capital letters.
  • Provide as much information as possible! Use extra sheets of paper if need be.
  • If you are having to cancel, please ensure you download a claim form before contacting your Doctor for a medical certificate.
  • At the end of each section in your policy wording, there will be a list of what you need to do in relation to making a claim. Please ensure you include everything we require.
  • Always make sure to keep a copy of all claim documentation- just in-case it gets lost in the post. If you are able to send it ‘recorded delivery’ that is the best option.

In order to make a claim on your policy, Snow-forecast Travel Insurance will need some information to fairly assess the claim for you.

The Claims Process

Our Claims Department strives to provide the following levels of service:

Turnaround time:

  • Letter responses: Within 5 working days of receipt
  • Claim: Within 10-15 working days from receipt of a fully completed claim form
